Two Branches Consolidate Services in Roseburg and Medford

Our North Roseburg and South Medford branches will be closing on Friday, March 16, 2018. This means members will no longer be able to visit our locations on 4221 NE Stephens St. in Roseburg or 1361 Center Drive, Suite 102, in Medford.

After March 16th, North Roseburg members will be served at two existing Roseburg branches, located at 2335 Kline Street or 4800 Grange Road in the Green District. South Medford members will be served at 2079 Cardinal Avenue in Medford.

We know this may be inconvenient for some of our members. We are currently working to notify members of this upcoming change.

What happens to the employees at these branches?

We’re incredibly proud of our employees and the service they provide to our members. We’re happy to say that current employees in the North Roseburg and South Medford locations will be moving to other NWCU locations in the region, so you’ll still see familiar faces when you visit other branches.

Why is NWCU closing these branches?

Market conditions and consumer banking habits have changed; because of these changes, these branches have not grown as expected.

Consolidating services in these regions allows NWCU to responsibly manage resources while also looking for new locations in Oregon. We are growing, so keep your eyes open for more news soon.

How do I access my accounts after my branch closes?

We have several ways for you to apply for a loan, make payments, and access accounts.

By smartphone app:

The Northwest Community smartphone app allows you to check balances, transfer funds, pay bills, deposit checks, and more.

Via computer:
