Celebrating Your Graduation

The COVID-19 pandemic transformed the school system to prioritize safety and cancelled many graduations. Though safety should come first, we recognize that it’s a real bummer to miss something as huge as your graduation.

To celebrate the class of 2020 and all students, we’re holding a drawing to give away $2,020 to 15 lucky members who were enrolled in school during the 2019-2020 school year!*

Official Rules

*Anyone who is enrolled during the 2019-2020 school year (homeschooling, high school, community college, university, graduate school, or trade school) who opens any new checking account (Essential Checking, Northwest Checking, or Northwest Secure Checking) at Northwest Community Credit Union between June 15, 2020 and July 31, 2020 and has not had a checking account with NWCU in the last six (6) months, will be automatically entered into a drawing for $2,020. 15 winners will be randomly selected by August 31, 2020 and notified via phone call or email.

To enter without opening a new checking account: Send your name, address, and telephone number to: Student 2020 Checking Sweepstakes, Northwest Community Credit Union, PO Box 10607, Eugene, OR 97440. Entries must be received by July 31 to be qualified for the drawing and will go into the drawing for the Member Connect branch. Those with an existing checking account or have not had a checking account with NWCU in the last six (6) months. If a winner does not have a checking account with Northwest Community Credit Union, a check will be provided upon receipt of a completed W-9 Form from the winner.

One entry will be drawn from accounts opened at each branch and our Member Connect Center (15 total). Winners will need to provide proof of enrollment. $2,020 will be deposited into the winners’ Northwest Community Credit Union checking accounts by September 15, 2020.

Odds of winning based on the number of entries received. No purchase necessary to enter. One entry per person. Employees eligible for drawing. The drawing is held by Northwest Community Credit Union, PO Box 10607, Eugene, OR 97440. Winner is responsible for all taxes associated with the prizes.
