eBanking Upgrade Coming in October 2018

We’re updating our eBanking to give you a better, more intuitive experience.

On October 16th, 2018, our online banking and mobile app will include updates to make your digital banking experience better!

Easier to Customize

The eBanking upgrade features different accounts as tiles. This allows you to drag, rename, and group accounts any way you’d like, including the ability to hide accounts in case you don’t need to see them.

You can also opt-in for text alerts for specific accounts.

Expanded Functionality

The new tile view allows you quick access to make transfers and view an account’s history. You can also access your BillPay accounts right from the right-hand menu and add external accounts to transfer money to and from other financial institutions.

Updated Security and Guidance

The eBanking upgrade includes an alert that will let you know when your browser is out-of-date. It also features an expanded Help section that has step-by-step instructions on how to access and use eBanking.

What You'll Need to Do

Before the upgrade, make sure that your phone, email, and SMS information is up-to-date. The upgrade is automatic (you won't need to re-download the app), but you will need to re-register your device.

You can update your information within eBanking by following these steps:

  1. Select Preferences
  2. Select Security Preferences
  3. Select Secure Delivery
  4. You can Edit, Add, or Delete phone numbers, SMS information, and emails now. You can add as many numbers or emails as you'd like. Make sure to save!

When you re-register your device after the upgrade, you'll see the phone, email, or SMS information you've updated. You can choose any of these methods to receive your Secure Access Code and then register your device.

After the upgrade, you'll see some disclosures you'll need to accept; once you've done this, you'll be able to get into your account.
