Operational Day 1, also known as OD1, is the day that NWCU and TwinStar merge systems. After a great deal of planning and testing, our core systems will merge into one and with that conversion, there may be changes that impact you, our member.
Stay in Touch
To ensure you stay up to date on the latest OD1 news, be sure to update your contact information and stay alert for paper mail, email, social, and web notifications from us regarding changes to your account.
We will be sending a comprehensive guide and possible follow-up communications with important, personalized disclosures in late January and early February of 2025. This will include impacts and actions needed. Please watch for this guide. You will also see information posted to our website and social media sites, as well as reminders via email.
Temporary Logo
As we combine our organizations, we’ve implemented several cost-savings changes. However, many of the efficiencies we’ve gained only work with a singular brand. That is why we are using this combined, temporary logo while we work to finalize our future name and brand. This is a temporary logo, we are still working towards a new, combined name and brand for our new organization.
Be Extra Careful
Also, be wary of scammers. Scammers use times of change to make their attacks. As usual, we will never call or contact you to request personal information. If you, at any point, are unsure of your account safety, call the number on the back of your debit or credit card or visit a branch location for security.
We thank you for being loyal members, and we're excited for what the future holds! If you have any questions about OD1 and how it may impact your account, then reach out to us at connect@nwcu.com.
