After March 31st, you’ll find branch services online, by phone, or at our NE Halsey Street branch located at 1307 NE 102nd Avenue, Ste G, Portland, OR 97220.
There are many options to access accounts, apply for a loan, or make payments. These include:

- Member Connect phone center at (800) 452-9515
- Access nearby national credit union CO-OP Network ATMs.
Why is the Branch Closing?
We know that members who visit the Oregon City branch may live in Clackamas, Multnomah, or Washington County, and are distributed across many miles and communities. We also know that by changing a location, we will most certainly inconvenience some members. So why do this?
We are choosing to consolidate branch services for a number of efficiency and cost reasons. Lack of growth for this specific Oregon City location was a key factor. And, increasingly, members rely on mobile or online services—this is even more the case since the pandemic. To continue to serve all members throughout the Pacific Northwest, consolidation allows us to seek potential new locations.
