eStatements are your monthly statements from NWCU in a digital form. They include all of the same information that's in your paper statements. eStatements are better because they’re:

  • Fast: You’ll receive an eStatement online faster than it takes to get a mailed paper statement.
  • Easy: It’s completely free and you can sign up online.
  • Secure: You receive your eStatements securely through NWCU's online banking access, which means that no one but you has access to your eStatements.

How to Sign up for eStatements

Follow these instructions to sign up for eStatements.

  • Make sure you're signed up for eBanking. If you're not signed up for eBanking, get signed up now.
  • Check that you have Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you don't have Adobe Acrobat Reader, download it for free.

Log in to eBanking on the website or mobile app and follow these steps:

  1. Click on the left menu bar to expand it, select "Services" and then "eStatements/eNotices."
  2. The listing for an account to setup for eStatements will appear on the screen. Click or tap on it.

  1. The register screen will appear. In the "Please select" box, find your member number, then click on "Register."
  2. Your enrollment screen will appear next. Please fill out your First Name, Last Name, Email Address, and then confirm your email address. Once you've filled this out, click "Next."
  3. The Document Notification Option screen will appear next. Choose whether you would like to be notified when documents are posted. Selecting "Yes" means that you will receive an email when your monthly statement is ready for you.
  4. Finally, read the User Agreement terms, check the box that says, "I have read and agree to the terms outlined above" and click "Finish."

eStatement Smart Speaker Giveaway: 2018 Official Promotion Rules

  1. Promotion Description: The eStatement Smart Speaker Giveaway promotion is sponsored by Northwest Community Credit Union, PO Box 10607, Eugene Oregon, 97740 (“Sponsor”). Entries will be accepted between March 13, 2018 and April 13, 2018. Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law. By entering the NWCU promotion, each entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these Official Promotion Rules (“Official Rules”).

  2. Eligibility & Entry: No purchase is necessary. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify ineligible entries; such entries will not be returned. All accounts on eStatements prior to March 1 will automatically be entered if they remain on eStatements through the end of the promotion. Any account which newly signs up prior to the April 13th end date will also be entered if they remain on eStatements through the drawing period. Credit card statements are excluded from entry. Prize value is approximately $50.00. Entries may also be made by providing name, address, and phone number on a 3x5 card and dropping it off at any branch or mailing it to: NWCU eStatement Smart Speaker Giveaway, PO Box 10607, Eugene Oregon, 97740. No more than one entry per account will be counted. Only one prize will be awarded during the duration of this promotion.

  3. Prize Winner Selection: The drawing will be a random drawing of all eligible entries conducted at the close of the contest, on or around April 20, 2018. One winner will be drawn and they will be allowed to choose whether they want an Amazon Echo Dot or a Google Home Mini as their prize. Winner will be notified by phone and must be reached within 30 days of first attempt to contact. The odds of winning will depend upon the number of transactions and submitted entries. To inquire about the prize winner, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to Northwest Community Credit Union, PO Box 10607, Eugene Oregon, 97401, Attn: Marketing – eStatement Smart Speaker Giveaway.

  4. Prizes: There will be a total of one prize awarded. Winners will be solely responsible for any and all local, state, and federal taxes incurred by their participation in the contest and acceptance of such prizes. Prizes may not be exchanged for cash or any other consideration. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes offerings.

  5. Conditions and Limitations Apply:
    • This promotion is void where prohibited by law.
    • Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries, including due to network failure.
    • All winners agree to the use of their names and likenesses in publicity without notice or any additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. By entering this promotion, the winners acknowledge that Sponsor has the right to publicize and broadcast their name, voice, and likeness, the fact that they won, and all matters incidental thereto. Sponsor is not obligated to attribute submissions to their entrant.
    • By entering this promotion, each entrant releases Sponsor and its respective directors, officers, employees, agents, and subsidiaries from any and all liability, claims, causes of action, suits, and demands arising from or in connection with its lawful actions in conducting the promotion.
