Coming Soon: Bill Pay Upgrade!

Exciting upgrades are coming to Bill Pay! We’re switching platforms on July 15, 2025. This move is designed to provide Bill Pay users with increased visibility as to where their money is going – and provide extra peace of mind that bills are being paid on time.

Here are the Bill Pay updates that you can look forward to:

  • Scheduling payments. You’ll be able to see process dates when creating payments, so you’ll know exactly what day funds will be drawn from your account and when they should arrive to the payee.
  • Customizable Bill Pay alerts. You'll be able to toggle Bill Pay alerts to the topics you care about, as well as choose your preferred method of delivery.

A Heads Up: Bill Pay Accessibility

To ensure a smooth transition to the new platform, Bill Pay will not be accessible to make changes to payments or payee information from July 8 – 14, 2025. Bill Pay will be back up on July 15, 2025. Any payments previously set up to go out during this time will still be made.

If you need any assistance with Bill Pay between July 8 and 14, please contact us at (800) 452-9515.

What Actions Do Bill Payer Users Need to Take?

Please take a moment to review your other payees’ account number and address information. If any of it is not accurate, update it by June 30, 2025, to make sure payments to them are successful.

If You Have Payments Set Up With eBill

Bills you receive electronically, also known as eBills, unfortunately will not transfer over to the new Bill Pay platform. You’ll need to set up these payments again after July 15, 2025.

You can do that online or via the mobile app using the following 2-step process:

  1. Add any payee that didn’t transfer to the new system by selecting “+ Payee” on the Bill Pay payments page, or select the “Payees” tab.
  2. After adding the payee, navigate to the “Biller connect” section on the Payments page and select the newly added payee. Follow the prompts to connect the eBill.

If You Don’t Have Payments Set Up With eBill

No action is needed if you currently don’t have payments set up with eBill. However, we’d like to take this time to remind you again to review your payees’ account and address information to ensure it’s up to date.

Key Dates to Remember

We planned this platform upgrade to be seamless for our members. Here are some dates to be aware of ahead of the move to the new Bill Pay platform:
