NORTHWEST COMMUNITY CREDIT UNION HONORED AS TOP RATED CREDIT UNION TO WORK FOR IN OREGON
SPRINGFIELD, Ore.—Northwest Community Credit Union (NWCU), one of the largest credit unions in the state, made the list once again for one of the best 100 small companies to work for by Oregon Business magazine, we had the highest point total of any credit union in Oregon. The rankings are part of the publication’s “100 Best Companies to Work for in Oregon” survey.

NWCU employs 240 people in the state of Oregon and operates 13 bank branches in 12 counties.
As part of the survey, NWCU employees across the state responded to questionnaires on a variety of workplace-related topics including work environment; performance management; career development and learning; decision making and trust; and employee benefits.
