NORTHWEST COMMUNITY CREDIT UNION VOTED BEST CREDIT UNION TO WORK FOR IN OREGON
The credit union ranks third in employee benefits among all small companies
SPRINGFIELD, Ore. – Springfield-based Northwest Community Credit Union (NWCU), one of the largest credit unions in the state, ranked fifteenth among the best 100 small companies to work for in the state and was the top-rated Oregon credit union in the Oregon Business magazine survey. The ranking is part of the publication’s annual “The 100 Best Companies to Work for in Oregon” survey. In addition to ranking among the top companies in the overall Best Companies category, NWCU ranked third among all small companies in Oregon in the Employee Benefits category. NWCU employs more than 220 people across the state.

As part of the survey, Northwest Community Credit Union employees across the state responded to questionnaires on a variety of workplace-related topics including: work environment; performance management; career development and learning; decision making and trust; and employee benefits.
Northwest Community Credit Union is the only credit union open to most Oregonians, serving residents and their family members in 12 counties. NWCU now has more than 60,000 members and $455 million in member-owned assets.
