January 2008--NWCU VISA cardholders may notice an incorrect interest rate on their
statement and On-Line Banking this month.
If you have a VISA Gold, VISA Gold Home Equity or VISA
Platinum Home Equity card, please note that the card’s interest rate may have been incorrect
at the time that January statements were generated; therefore your interest calculation may
be incorrect as well. Corrections will be made by Tuesday (1/15) and will be reflected on
your February statement. Your On-Line Banking loan summary will also be corrected as of
Tuesday.

January 2008--Seeing finance charges posted on your VISA history? Here’s why.
With our new system the periodic finance charges for
purchases and cash advances will now appear differently on your VISA statement and On-Line
Banking. Prior to our December 1 software changes you would see the total purchase and
cash advance balances listed only at the bottom of your VISA statement. This information
is now also posted to the transaction history on your statement and in On-Line Banking.
Many people will see only one finance charge, but if you had both cash advances and
purchases within a cycle date, you may see two finance charges on your VISA’s transaction
history.
Please note that though we may
calculate cash advances separately from purchases, the rate is the same for both.
