Member Service Specialist

Brief Description: We're famous for great service. People also come to us because we help consumers build wealth. As a member service specialist (similar to a personal banker), you will help people find the loans and accounts that can help them save more money than they would at another financial institution. You're also there to to be a resource for members, helping find solutions and answer questions about saving money or managing finances.

Strong communication and organizational skills are important. You'll work closely with back office staff to help members open new accounts or to resolve various service questions that may arise. Despite the “Collections” name, this team really aims to help members understand their finances and offer ways to get caught up. We’re not looking for the heavy-handed approach.
