2009 Board Elections
The following is a timeline of important deadlines, dates and events related to the
March 2009 election for our Board of Directors.
- Second Wednesday in March (March 11)
Election results announced at the Annual Meeting on March 11.
- Last business day in February (February 27)
Election ballots tabulated by an independent auditor.
- Last two weeks of February (Feb 16-27)
Voting available online. You may also get help voting by calling in or visiting a branch,
but all votes will still be cast online.
- February 5
Candidates' names and biographical information posted in branches, a newsletter and online,
whether nominated by committee or by petition.
- January 15, 2009
Last day nominations by petition process may be turned in.
- September 15, 2008
Those who seek nomination through the Nominating Committee must have their letter in
before this date.
