Question: What do I do if my credit or debit card is lost or stolen?

Answer: Call us at 1-800-452-9515 to report a missing card. If you need help after business hours, please call our missing card Hotline at 1-800-682-6075 (they're open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week). Your card will be cancelled and a new one sent to you in the mail. The sooner you report a lost or stolen VISA credit, check, and/or debit cards, the better. Reporting quickly reduces your liability.
