Question: How do I change the day that my automatic payment happens?

Answer: That depends on how you’ve set up your automatic transfers to happen.

If you have an automatic transfer between one account and another (say from your checking to your Visa card) that you had set up in a branch, you will need to visit one of our branches or call us at 1-800-452-9515 to change the date of that transfer.

If you used On-Line Banking to set up the automatic transfer (such as from your checking to your savings) you can change the day the recurring transfer happens by yourself from On-Line Banking.

If you scheduled a recurring Bill Pay transfer from your Northwest Community account to pay a bill (such as your cable bill or your Visa bill at another financial institution) you can change the date of the payment from Bill Pay inside of On-Line Banking.

If you want to change the date of your automatic deposit, that has to be done by your employer or your other source of income. Contact them for information on how you might be able do that.
