Question: Do you offer a home equity loan on which I can write checks?

Answer: No. Actually, it's more convenient than that. When you have an equity line of credit, you can use Touch Tone Teller or On-Line Banking to transfer funds between your equity line and your checking. From there you can write checks or withdraw cash. (You're also welcome to call or visit us to request such a transfer.) There's no fee or rate change if you use your equity line to get cash or transfer funds to your checking account.

Two of our equity loans also offer Visa credit card access. That way, it's easier than ever to use your equity to buy that hot tub you want—right when you see it.
