Tamper-evident Packaging

SecureMail utilizes tamper-evident packaging that is so effective, you'll know immediately if your check package has been previously opened. If it has, members can follow up at once by contacting us online, by telephone, or through the mail.

Return Mail

All check packages that cannot be delivered are automatically returned to the check printer, not the credit union. The check package is destroyed, and new, corrected checks are produced.
