Because of software changes, account histories from before December 1, 2007
are no longer available via On-Line Banking or Touch Tone Teller. For access to your
account histories prior to December 1, please contact us via phone at 1-800-452-9515
or visit a branch near you.
Quicken users please note:
Our software changes on December 1, 2007 mean that you may need to do a “One-Step
Update” in Quicken to update your program with our recent changes. If you are still
having issues with Quicken, try deactivating the account and then Quicken will allow
you to choose the account again. Some users may need to contact Quicken support.

Where do I download my account history?
Log into On-Line Banking and go to the "Accounts" area. Go to the account of which you
would like to download the history and scroll down to the "EXPORT" area. Select a
download type that works with your program.
Tip to avoid duplicate entries:
If you aren't careful when selecting the start and end dates for your download, you
can end up with duplicate entries. The default download is set for the past 30
days, so be sure to adjust the dates if you've already downloaded an update during that
time.
