Free On-line Bill Pay

What’s so great about Bill Pay? For one thing, you don’t have to hunt for stamps (or buy them). And you can do your banking on any Web-connected PC and pay virtually anyone, anytime.

Who can use Bill Pay?

Bill Pay is available to any member who has On-Line Banking and a checking account.  You can initiate and track payments to any vendor or individual within the United States.*  We’ve partnered with state-of-the-art providers so you can be assured of convenience and top-level security.  Best of all, it’s free for Northwest Community Credit Union members.

How do I sign up for service?

If you haven't tried it already, sign up for our free On-Line Banking service today.  Once you can log into On-Line Banking you can set up Bill Pay from there.

  1. Log in to On-Line Banking.
  2. Select "Billpay" and "Account Setup" from the drop-down menu.
  3. Follow the directions on the page.  Read the “online disclosure document,” and if it is acceptable, click the "I accept the disclosure" button.
  4. Fill in and submit the secure online registration form.
  5. You should see a service activation notice from us in your eMail within two business days.

Need more information?

* Our Bill Pay Service does not work for tax payments, government agencies, court-ordered payments or payments to Northwest Community Credit Union.  Please check with your payee to see which forms of payment they accept. If you need to make a payment to one NWCU account from another, use on-line banking or contact us for more options.
