Account Alerts let you monitor virtually any type of activity on your accounts, and
be notified by eMail or cellphone text message when they happen. This is another
exclusive service, free to our members.
Account Alerts can keep you informed daily about what your money is doing. Want to
know if your balance has gotten low? If a check has cleared? How about if
your paycheck has arrived? Was there an ATM withdrawal you hadn't heard about?
Account Alerts let you know, without even having to log in to on-line banking.
How does it work?
You're in charge. You set up the type of alert you'd like to receive. Choose what you
want to know, how you want to be notified, and how often. You'll receive an alert
via eMail telling you what's going on, with a convenient link to our on-line banking
login page so you can get more details. You don't even have to be near a computer
to get an alert--we can notify you on your cellular phone with a
text message if you prefer.
With checks clearing faster all the time, Account Alerts can save you money by
helping you avoid overdraft or transfer fees. And no one has a more comprehensive
alert system than Northwest Community Credit Union. You can receive an alert about
most anything, from a daily balance to an ATM withdrawal, right down to when a debit
card purchase was made at a specific location.
