Quick guide to Account Alerts
Getting Account Alerts on your cellular phone or mobile device
Thanks to text messaging, you can get Alerts on your cellular phone! When you
create an Account Alert, just select Mobile
eMail and enter the Text Message address for your phone. When an Account
Alert is generated, a short version of your Account Alert will be sent directly to your
phone.
Don’t know your phone’s Text Messaging address?
No problem. Wireless Text Messaging addresses usually consist of your ten-digit
cellular phone number (without dashes), followed by “@” and the service
provider’s domain name.

** ATT Wireless customers please note: your mobile text message address will remain
the same even though Cingular and ATT have merged. However, if you migrate your phone
service package from an ATT plan to a Cingular plan, your mobile text message address
will change to your ten-digit phone number followed by @cingularme.com
We highly
recommend that you send a test message to your cell phone first, using your usual eMail
delivery system, to be sure that you can receive text messages properly.
Please be aware that some wireless service providers charge a nominal fee per text
message received or sent. Check with your wireless carrier for full details.
If your wireless carrier is not listed above, or you have trouble receiving a text
message, please contact the carrier directly.
