Notice of service limitations
Account Alerts are a great new tool to help you stay on top of your finances, but
please be aware there are some limitations.
As with any other type of eMail message, Account Alerts are subject to the
limitations of your eMail delivery system and other relay points along the line.
Northwest Community Credit Union makes every effort to ensure alerts are delivered as
expected, but there are conditions that may make the alerts undeliverable; such as, but
not limited to: spam filters, relay detectors, inaccurate or obsolete eMail addresses,
network or system failures, et cetera.
Account Alerts should not be relied upon as your only source for account
information.
We strongly recommend that you test the service prior to regular use to identify any
limiting conditions that may be present. Because there are some circumstances
beyond our control in delivering electronic messages, the credit union cannot guarantee
the delivery of any Account Alert. If you have any questions about this service,
