There is no fee if you use your card at Northwest Community's ATMs or at any of the hundreds of ATMs which are on the CO-OP Network.  Consult this directory to find your nearest surcharge-free ATM.

Keep in mind that not all credit unions participate in our ATM Network, so when planning a trip, be sure to locate the nearest CO-OP Network ATMs before you begin your travel.

Start ATM service and get account access at thousands of locations

If you don't currently have ATM access with your Northwest Community account(s), call our Phone Branch (1-800-452-9515) or visit a branch near you to begin this service. You will decide which accounts to link to ATM service and we’ll walk you through the steps. You’ll need at least a savings account (in good standing), with available funds to cover your ATM transactions.  After you request an ATM card (and qualify), you will receive separate mailings with your ATM card and your Personal Identification Number (PIN).
