How to change your address or phone number:

• On-Line: When you log in to On-Line Banking you may use secure messaging to request a change to your address or phone number. Go to the “Options” button and select “Secure Messaging” to send us a message through On-Line Banking.
   
• Over the Phone: You may change your address or phone number by calling 1-800-452-9515. The next time you visit a branch you will be asked to confirm your address change.
   
• Via U.S. Mail or Fax: Click here to complete a change of address/phone form that you can fill out, print, sign and mail or fax to us:
