How does bidding work?
Put in a bid for one of the pre-owned vehicles on our TitleAuction Page.
The highest bid amount is always shown, and you can increase your bid in response to other bidders. You can also use proxy bidding. That means you can enter the highest amount you're willing to bid. If another bidder enters an amount higher than your current bid, TitleAuctions will gradually increase your bid amount up to the maximum that you set. We'll also alert you via eMail when you've been outbid so you can increase your bid amount.
The highest bidder at the end of an auction is obliged to purchase the vehicle in accordance to the auction payment terms (per their acceptance of the TitleAuctions payment agreement.)
How is this different than eBay or Yahoo Auctions?
Vehicles on our TitleAuctions pages are owned by Northwest Community Credit Union. That means you can trust us to make full disclosure about the vehicle you buy, and you can be confident that we will work with you to make the transaction smooth. And unlike eBayMotors and Yahoo! Autos, you'll never encounter a dealer on our TitleAuctions pages. With TitleAuctions you can buy without the usual dealership mark-up, and avoid the usual dealership hassles. You'll be working directly with the credit union.

Of course. If the pictures shown on TitleAuctions don't provide you with enough information, you can contact Northwest Community Credit Union on-line or by phone at 1-800-452-9515, ext. 9457to schedule a test drive; the telephone number for scheduling an appointment is also shown next to the item. What happens to my personal information?
Resistering to bid or sell is free. There's no obligation. The credit union requires some information from you in order to finalize a vehicle transaction, should your bid win. The registration process captures that information. Once you've registered it takes a few moments to create your account and update our database with your information. The delay is usually less than five minutes. To complete your registration, simply click the Activate link in the confirmation eMail you receive; this will open your account. Once you've reached this point, you're ready to bid.
We are passionate about maintaining your privacy. Your personal information is kept strictly confidential using the most stringent security protocols currently available. Your information is never shared with any outside party. You're protected by two layers of high security - the credit union's privacy policy and TitleAuction's privacy policy. We do not provide your name or personal information to other entities. Period.
